Repair and Troubleshoot Supervisor

Associate's degree in a technical field or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) with 3-5 years of electronics manufacturing experience, including 1-2 years in supervisory roles. Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience leading teams and supervising technical personnel in repair or troubleshooting roles. Strong technical knowledge in electronics, including the ability to troubleshoot to component level and read drawings and schematics. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively handle complex technical issues. Proficiency in using repair tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair management software, along with knowledge of SW tools like Microsoft Excel and Word. Self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality work with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work extended or flexible hours when required.
