Repair Crew Foreman

Responsibilities:

• The Repair Crew Foreman primary function is to provide oversight of field operations and field employees
• Plan and organize key field positions to accommodate the specific project requirements
• Be responsible for your own safety as well as those working in the area
• Monitor and review time sheets and daily reports
• Coordinate with the General Superintendent company and/or rental equipment for efficient utilization
• Represent the company at project related meetings as requested
• Ensure crew is able to operate at normal efficiency level

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of asphalt experience repairs
• Driver’s license, MA DOT physical card, OSHA10, hoisting license
• 2+ years with infrared repairs
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to manage a team in an efficient and effective manner
• Self-starter 
• Reliance on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals within timeframe
• Dedicated and hard working
• Strong leadership qualities 
• Excellent attention to detail
• Always able to maintain a courteous and professional manner with co-workers, customers and the public.
• Foreman experience preferred
