About the Role
As a Repair Depot Associate at WiLine Networks, you will become part of a dedicated team committed to supporting high-speed internet and communications services across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a key role in staging and provisioning equipment for service activations and internal network builds.
- Work closely with NPE, NetEng, SysOps, Cybersecurity, and NOC teams as needed.
- Collaborate with technicians and engineers to ensure assets meet operational requirements.
- Support warehouse operations to help accomplish SF market goals and assist other markets as needed, including housekeeping, data entry, and shipping/receiving coverage.
- Configure radios daily for the SFO and SAC teams.
- Activate SIM cards and ensure proper SIM plan assignments.
- Ensure all equipment is properly configured and deployment-ready before field installation.
- Flash, test, and update CPE equipment to meet standard specifications and assemble 10G units as needed.
- Rack and restack routers, CPEs, and networking equipment, including Juniper Networks and Arista Networks hardware.
- Assist the national team by expediting jobs and providing operational coverage when required.
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, including routers, PDUs, radios, CPEs, Wi-Fi equipment, and servers.
- Perform hardware-level repairs such as soldering ports and waveguides.
- Assist with RMA processing and vendor returns.
- Assist Asset Management in locating equipment and maintaining accurate allocation updates within CGS.

Preferred Skills (We Can Teach the Rest)
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic telecom and networking experience with familiarity with industry terminology.
- Basic understanding of wireless technologies.
- Aptitude for learning various UIs and software platforms.
- Strong PC and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with physical network interfaces and cabling.
