Repair Order Booker Automotive Dealership

Are you an organized, detail-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment? Our Service Department is seeking an experienced Repair Order Booker to accurately process and close repair orders, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, post, and finalize service repair orders in a timely and accurate manner


• Verify labor lines, parts charges, shop supplies, and sublet invoices for accuracy


• Ensure all warranty and internal repair orders meet GM compliance standards


• Communicate with service advisors and technicians to resolve discrepancies before closing


• Assist with maintaining accurate service records and reports for management


• Support the accounting and warranty teams as needed with documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  Experience with General Motors (GM) service processes and warranty documentation


• Proficiency with CDK Global (formerly ADP) Dealer Management System (DMS)


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to manage a high volume of repair orders while maintaining accuracy


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• Prior dealership service office or accounting experience strongly preferred
