Position: Repair Service Manager - West Palm Beach

Are you a natural leader with a knack for repairs and a passion for inspiring others? We’re on the lookout for a Repair Service Manager to help us keep our repair division running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager, leading a team of repair pros while ensuring top-notch performance, safety, and quality. 

Pay and Perks: 

• Pay: Salary is $75K-92K, which includes base salary and bonus potential awarded monthly based on achievement of Team KPI and Branch Revenue/GPM

About the Role: 

• Be the cultural ambassador for your team, leading by example, keeping things positive, and crushing goals 
• Handle day-to-day operations, including scheduling, managing repair jobs, and ensuring quality work 
• Coach your team, build their leadership skills, and make sure everyone is on top of their game 
• Make sure safety is a top priority, because we like to work smart and hard. 

What We're Looking For: 

• At least 1 year tenure at RED RHINO required 
• Strong leadership skills and a background in repairs 
• Stellar communication and customer service chops 
• A love for problem-solving and keeping things efficient
