The Role

Are you looking for a career that keeps you outdoors and moving around? We may have just the role for you! We are seeking Repair Technicians to keep our customers happy and swimming! 

Pay: $21-$25/hour + repair commissions

Sign on Bonus: $2,000* 

This bonus is paid in two installments: 50% after 90 days of employment and the other 50% after 180 days of employment

•  Performs general plumbing, electrical, and heating repairs to clients swimming pools.
•  Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems or issues. 
•  Consults manuals or other resources as needed. 
•  Conducts preventive maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical, and heating continue operating properly. 
•  Maintains inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies. 
•  Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities: 

•  Thorough knowledge of general plumbing, electrical and swimming pool repair. 
•  Ability to read repair manuals. 
•  Ability to use hand tools and power tools. 
•  Ability to follow instructions. 
•  Excellent time management skills. 
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Education and Experience: 

•  High school diploma or equivalent required. 
•  Prior experience in related field preferred. 
•  RAIL license or equivalent state license preferred.

Physical Requirements: 

•  Prolonged periods of standing and walking. 
•  Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces. 
•  Must be able to carry 50 pounds at a time
