Job Description - Repair Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose and repair existing computer equipment. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done. Customer satisfaction is a top priority.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose computer equipment problems

Repair equipment

Provide preventative maintenance

Adhere to manufacturer recommendations

Maintain accurate and detailed records

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED

Previous experience as an Repair Technician is preferred

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects

Excellent customer service skills
