Repair Technician

DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our growing team. As a family-owned staffing company, we take pride in connecting quality employment candidates with our clients' needs. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing various equipment and machinery in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate repairs for various equipment
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks while adhering to safety regulations
• Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and parts used
• Communicate effectively with clients concerning repair needs and status updates
• Collaborate with team members and management for quality assurance and improvement
• After going permanent, candidate would be expected to respond to emergency repair requests as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as a repair technician or similar role
• Technical certification preferred, not a must
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects must be required
