Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to fill the role of Repairs and Tools Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all tools and equipment in our organization are well-maintained and repaired as necessary. This is a full-time position, with regular business hours from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot all tools and equipment brought in by our customers, mainly consisting of plumbing equipment but also including power tools, hand tools, and other machinery.

• Perform regular checks and maintenance to ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.

• Respond promptly to repair requests and work with other team members to coordinate repairs as needed.

• Order and maintain an inventory of replacement parts and supplies.

• Conduct regular safety checks and ensure that all equipment meets safety standards.

• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and efficiency.

• Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and equipment status.

Requirements:

• No experience is required, on-the-job training will be provided.

• Must be motivated, ambitious, and willing to grow the department in the company.

• Must be able to work independently and take initiative to figure things out on their own.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
