Reporting Specialist

• Retrieves loan files from email or secure content file sharing site
• Indexes electronic files into OnBase for document storage and retrieval
• Distributes essential loan documentation to external stakeholders via the OAC file sharing platform
• Develops and maintains reports for portfolio monitoring, (i.e. Covenant Compliance Tracking, Highly Levered Transactions, Regional Agribusiness & Poultry Tracking, Similar Entity Database, Weighted Average PD trends, Underwriting Standard Exceptions, and Participation Loan Summary)

• Ensures timely completion and scanning of filings, OnBase and post-/pre-close signed documents to borrowers
• Creates and monitors ticklers for Loan Service Plans
• Completes financial covenant compliance as needed
• Coordinates with managers and Credit Analysts to determine further action on delinquent and/or adverse loans
