We're seeking a future team member for the role of Representative, Client Processing to join our Issuer Services, Ginnie Mae Operations team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID/REMOTE.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Daily Securities Processing
Very Customer Focused: Direct Contact with clients for troubleshooting, correcting errors/exceptions and inquiries
Independently assist clients by responding to phone, email, and other inquiries regarding supported services
Meet all Service Level Agreements for daily deliverables. To successfully ensure all tasks and assigned projects deliverables are met.
Provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi and Annual Metric, Business and Management reporting.
Support the Operations Manager on special tasks and projects.
Log daily cases, email, phone call in our client (Ginnie Mae) ServiceNow system
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Education; Associate or Bachelor's degree
Experience; 5 or more years of Customer Service/Support
Experience in the Banking World
Experience Great communication, analytical and writing skills.
People Leadership requirement: Great team spirit and professionalism, self-motivator, work independently and a fast learner.
