Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility Physician

A physician-owned fertility group with a long-standing reputation in advanced reproductive care is seeking aboard-certified Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) Physician for a full-time leadership role. This individual will oversee the launch and development of a brand-new, state-of-the-art 8,700 sq ft IVF center in Los Angeles, while also collaborating with an existing successful facility in California.

The ideal candidate will practice independently and lead a multidisciplinary team with the goal of scaling the new LA location to over 1,000 IVF cycles annually. This opportunity is best suited for a driven, energetic physician who values clinical excellence, integrity, and patient-centered care.

• Full-service ART clinic with on-site lab capabilities, including vitrification, PGT biopsies, and an in-house egg donation program

Compensation and Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary with productivity bonus

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Compensation Range:

$450,000 $1,500,000 per year, depending on productivity and experience
