Job Description - Research Analyst, Innovation (Global Modeling Unit)

What you can expect to be doing:

Use statistical and programming software (SPSS, R, Python, etc.) as well as business software (Excel) to uncover and evaluate solutions, and assist project staff in running holistic analyses for insightful learning

Support Ipsos's up-to-date innovative AI based analyses and create output

Apply programming skills to help automate procedures and chart creation

Demonstrate your understanding of statistical knowledge in application on design, analysis, and insights

Create and deliver formal and informal sales presentations and explanations of study results to internal and external clients

Consistently ensure the timely delivery of error free work

This might be the job for you if you have:

BS degree or MS degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Quantitative Marketing, Applied Mathematics, or a related field of study with an analytic/quantitative/research focus

Statistical software knowledge and programming background is desirable (Python, R, etc.)

Great knowledge and experience with Excel

Working knowledge of SPSS is a plus

Attention to details and inquisitive personality with a strong desire to learn is a must

Good communication skills and ability to present data findings in an easy-to-understand manner to internal and external clients less familiar with quantitative analysis

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

VBA coding experience a bonus

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $66,000 to $68,500. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
