Research Analyst Pharmaceutical - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Zing Recruiting is partnered with a Developer in the Pharmaceutical industry seeking a Research Analyst to join the team as a subject matter expert with responsibilities for training and developing jr level research team-members in a Bioanalytical Department with a focus in small molecules. This is an excellent position offering a senior level over seeing a team involved heavily in bioanalytical method validation and analysis for the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot problems in analysis testing and provide alternative solutions.
• Manage multiple studies to ensure the completion of studies in a timely manner.
• Mentor analysts regarding GLP practices, methods, plans, SOP, etc.
• Present results of studies in group and management meetings.
• Involved in Lab improvement to ensure high levels of quality and efficiency.
• Work on drug compounds in a pre-clinical trial.
• other lab activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a science discipline required.
• 3+ years' experience with bioanalysis using LC-MS/MS, UHPLC-UV, or UHPLC-FD.
• Experience using a LIMS system.
