Job Description - Research & Data Operations Associate

We are looking for a Research & Data Operations Associate. As a Research & Data Operations Associate, you will support the day -to -day execution of our research projects and work closely with the project coordinator and the research team. You ensure the smooth implementation of data collection processes, monitor data quality, and assist with reporting and analysis. You contribute to the efficient execution of our qualitative and quantitative research activities.


Requirements


  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Sociology, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • You work accurately and systematically, and enjoy improving processes
  • You are comfortable working with data and technology, and you learn quickly
  • You are proactive and take responsibility for the team's results
  • You are a team player but also able to work independently
 

What will you be doing

In this role, you will support the setup, monitoring, and follow -up of both qualitative and quantitative research, ensuring data is complete and consistent while preparing reports and structuring raw data for analysis. You’ll work closely with the project coordinator on tasks such as respondent planning, incentives, and communication with fieldwork teams, as well as setting up dashboards or monitoring tools (experience with Excel, QuestionPro, or Power BI is a plus). Additionally, you’ll help organize and maintain project documentation, providing operational support to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
