Research Director

A Higher Education institution is looking for a Research Project Director to support a state-funded health program evaluation. This individual will provide analyses for budgets, data, and resource projects. As well as, research and and draft proposals, briefings, and executive summaries. This individual will work closely with key stakeholders including state agencies and also with project teams across the organization. This individual will manage and oversee the research of a team of 3 Study Coordinators. The Project Director will work on-site two days a week Mon-Fri, and will sit remotely three days.

Must Haves:
5+ years of experience within Research and Management
3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
Master's Degree preferred, or 10+ years of experience in research with a Bachelor's Degree
Experience with Statistical Data Analysis
Proficient in Statistical Softwares
Experience of Regulatory Practices and Research Best Practices
