Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Research Nurse Specialist for Weill Cornell Medicine in New York, New York.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Coordinate clinical research studies while ensuring exceptional patient care and protocol compliance
• Screen and assess patient eligibility for investigational studies
• Coordinate informed consent, patient education, follow-up visits, and ongoing study participation
• Collaborate with physicians, research teams, sponsors, and Institutional Review Boards (IRB)
• Monitor study medications, laboratory testing, specimen processing, and protocol compliance
• Assist with policy development, nursing education, and implementation of research protocols
• Join one of the nation's premier academic medical and research institutions advancing innovative patient care

COMPENSATION
• $108,972-$125,388 Annual Salary

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) REQUIRED
• Current New York Registered Nurse License REQUIRED
• Minimum Two Years of Clinical Nursing Experience REQUIRED
• Clinical Research Experience Preferred
• Experience Coordinating Clinical Trials and Research Protocols Preferred
• Strong Patient Education and Assessment Skills REQUIRED
• Excellent Communication, Organization, and Documentation Skills REQUIRED
