Making RV reservations using professional and friendly phone etiquette
Concierge services
Handling multiple phone lines
Maintaining a clean & organized front desk and lobby area
Following all safety & emergency procedures
Communicating with management daily
Stocking/cleaning Office Shop & Business Center
Adhering to Company standards
Provide administration support
Communicate, by phone, email and in person with team members and vendors
Enforce rules & regulations of community
Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
Additional Community Manager duties as assigned, such as oversee on-site operations of a busy and fast paced RV Community, collecting rent, checking in/out RV guests, handling cash/credit transactions, etc.
What you bring
A desire to live our values daily.
Goal oriented, with an eye for detail, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to re-evaluate priorities daily and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and collaboration, both independently and working as a team.
A high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service skills
A self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
An intermediate knowledge of Excel & Word
Requirements
1+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of answering busy phone lines
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
Pay and Benefits
Pay rate: $22-25/hour DOE
Full Time, Fridays and Saturdays 11-7:30pm, Sunday-Tuesday 9:30-6pm
