Job Description - Reservation Specialist

What you'll do

  • Making RV reservations using professional and friendly phone etiquette
  • Concierge services
  • Handling multiple phone lines
  • Maintaining a clean & organized front desk and lobby area
  • Following all safety & emergency procedures
  • Communicating with management daily
  • Stocking/cleaning Office Shop & Business Center
  • Adhering to Company standards
  • Provide administration support
  • Communicate, by phone, email and in person with team members and vendors
  • Enforce rules & regulations of community
  • Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
  • Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
  • Additional Community Manager duties as assigned, such as oversee on-site operations of a busy and fast paced RV Community, collecting rent, checking in/out RV guests, handling cash/credit transactions, etc.

  • A desire to live our values daily.
  • Goal oriented, with an eye for detail, and strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to re-evaluate priorities daily and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and collaboration, both independently and working as a team.
  • A high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service skills
  • A self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
  • An intermediate knowledge of Excel & Word

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of answering busy phone lines
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screening.

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay rate: $22-25/hour DOE
  • Full Time, Fridays and Saturdays 11-7:30pm, Sunday-Tuesday 9:30-6pm
