Applicants should be able to follow directions, be able to speak concisely, clearly and with a good command of the English language, as you will be required to give great customer service before and after each flight. Job Summary
The Reservationist / Customer Service Agents role is responsible for checking in and supplying each passengers with necessary information for their helicopter tour. Must be able to obtain all State and Federal Security badges. Ideal candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and 10-hour days, at least one day of the weekend and some holidays.
The Reservationist role also includes:
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Anticipate and address customers’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects without assistance
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
- Drug test and background check may be required

Required Education: High School or equivalent
Required License or Certification: Drivers License (and reliable transportation)
Starting Compensation: $17 per hour
