Reservations Agent

 We are looking for a Hotel Reservations Agent to join our hospitality team and provide exceptional service to guests booking accommodations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. As a Hotel Reservations Agent, you will interact with guests via phone, email, and online platforms, assisting them with room selection, rates, availability, and special requests. You will also be responsible for updating reservation systems, processing payments, and coordinating with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this role. You should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Experience with hotel reservation software and a background in hospitality or customer service is preferred.  Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms

• Provide information on room rates, availability, and hotel amenities
• Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately
• Update and maintain reservation systems and guest records
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill special requests
• Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Upsell hotel services and amenities when appropriate
• Follow hotel policies and procedures for reservations and payments
• Assist with group bookings and corporate accounts
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
• Previous experience in hotel reservations or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with reservation software and MS Office
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
