Job Description - Reservations Manager

Luxury branded resort is looking for an experienced Reservations Manager.

Caribbean experience is required and preference to those with luxury background.

Establish clear, organized and consistent reservations process

Ensure accuracy in systems, rate codes, market sources and codes, profiles and reservation details (very important)

Improve the quality and completeness of guest information captured at the time of booking

Train the team to understand the guest behind the reservation, rather than simply processing a booking (very important)

Create accountability and productivity within the team without losing the personalized, and luxury approach

Opera Cloud knowledge is preferred
