Are you passionate about grocery merchandising and looking for an opportunity to make an impact? Certco is seeking a Reset Specialist to support and lead resets at Woodman’s store locations. This role is key in strengthening our partnership with Woodman’s, ensuring all approved Certco items are distributed and helping buyers execute store resets smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Work hands-on at Woodman’s locations to support store resets and merchandising projects.
• Act as a trusted liaison between Certco and Woodman’s, fostering strong relationships
• Ensure products are placed according to approved planograms
• Coordinate with store buyers and vendors to streamline reset processes
• Travel to multiple locations (with occasional overnights) to support store projects
• Assist in new and existing product distribution when resets are not scheduled

Requirements

Job Summary

Provide support for Certco and Woodmans by attending and helping lead resets at Woodmans store locations. Act as a liaison between Certco and Woodman’s to grow customer relations, ensure distribution of all approved Certco items, and help Woodman’s buyers complete scheduled resets efficiently and on time. Identify customer needs and opportunities to preserve existing business while also developing new business. Assist other teammates with essentials job functions when no resets are scheduled.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide reset and sales support for Certco within Woodmans stores
• Work alongside the Sales Team Supervisor and Woodman’s buyers to prepare stores for reset
• Assist in directing vendors during sets according to Woodman’s schedule and plan
• Coordinate with Woodman’s to ensure that all necessary supplies are in place for each project
• Ensure sets are done according to Woodman’s approved planogram
• Assist other team members with new items and existing item distribution
• Be available for daily travel and occasional overnights to complete scheduled projects
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management 
• Must be insurable for auto insurance coverage and possess a valid driver’s license
• Able to lift-up to 50lbs
• Be regular in attendance and comply with the Company Attendance Policy

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of grocery retail store practices, and wholesales principles
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously
• Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment

Education and Experience

• High school graduate or equivalent and excellent math skills
• 2-3 years’ experience in supermarket merchandising
