Residence Manager II (ID/DD)

We're looking for an experienced Residence Manager who wants to take the reins at one of our homes, supporting adults on the Autism Spectrum and/or people with an ID/DD diagnosis. Experience working with people who exhibit challenging behaviors is a plus. 

We are the Arc in Saratoga County and a mission driven organization. We are searching for someone with a working knowledge of OPWDD regulations, who wants to contribute to a values-based organization while strengthening employees' skills. Experience/Education

A bachelor's degree in education, special education, psychology or related Human Services field with one year of experience working with people who have a developmental disability

       OR

A high school diploma with four years of experience working with people who have a developmental disability
Supervisory experience strongly preferred

Must have: Valid Driver's License
