Residency Advisor

We're excited to invite you to join our vibrant team as a distinguished residency advisor at Mather Place in Wilmette! We're looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional sales services and creating genuine connections with potential residents.

This is a full-time, hourly position that requires flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

• Take the lead by reaching out to assigned prospects and responding to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Your goal is to consistently provide an outstanding ‘Mather experience’ that goes above and beyond our customers’ expectations!


• Keep our CRM lead management system up-to-date with accurate and thorough information, ensuring smooth operations by following our established program procedures.


• Act as a trusted bridge between prospects, depositors, and the Mather Place team, ensuring clear communication and a seamless transition into our community.


• Build and nurture meaningful relationships with prospects and depositors to enhance engagement and trust, making them feel right at home from the very start!


• Work closely with the Director of Sales to collaborate on various initiatives and tasks, maximizing our impact together.


• Foster strong relationships with managers and team members, helping create a motivated and cohesive team spirit!


• Guarantee that depositor applications are distributed and collected accurately and in a timely manner, forwarding them promptly to the appropriate team for a speedy review and approval process.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Required:

• Sales experience in a service-related industry


• Strong computer skills


• Ability to maintain a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the sales process, services and policies


• Flexible, self-motivated and professional demeanor


• Excellent written & oral communication

Mather Place includes 179 independent living apartment homes, as well as two restaurants, a fitness center, an art studio, a library, and more.
