What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care and health-related services to residents
• Assist with daily living tasks including dressing, grooming, housekeeping, and laundry
• Document care, report changes in resident condition, and complete necessary paperwork in the Point of Care system
• Help with meal service and encourage participation in activities
• Support residents during emergencies and collaborate with team members
• Train new staff and maintain knowledge of state regulations
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers

What You’ll Need:

• High school education (preferred)
• HHA Certificate (preferred)
• 1+ year caregiving or assisted living experience (preferred)
• Ability to follow written instructions and understand basic medical terms
• Compassion, flexibility, and strong communication skills
