  Every Saturday & Sunday — 8‑hour shifts

  Evening Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

  Works every weekend and an every‑other‑holiday rotation.

  
  

The Resident Assistant in Personal Care provides compassionate, direct care to residents while promoting their dignity, independence, safety, and overall well-being. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 
  

  Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

  
  

• 
  

  U.S. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  
  


• 
  

  Current hands-on CPR certification required, or willingness to obtain certification.

  
  


• Current DHS certification required, or willingness to obtain certification.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• 
  

  Addresses the personal hygiene needs of residents. Provides incontinent care as needed.

  
  

• 
  

  Assists in transporting residents who require assistance.

  
  

• 
  

  Distributes food trays, makes beds, and answers call bells. Keeps resident’s room neat and tidy.

  
  


• 
  

  Completes and documents vital signs, weights, and heights of residents.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitors and reports any skin or health changes of residents.
