Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate care and support to senior residents

- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility

- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects

- Maintain accurate records of resident care and medication administration

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents

- Foster a positive and engaging environment for residents

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred, but not required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Basic understanding of medication administration and care protocols

- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
