Job Title: Overnight Caregiver / Med Tech (PRN Floaters)

Location: Grand Villa of Delray Beach, Delray Beach, FL

Job Description:

Grand Villa of Delray Beach is seeking dedicated individuals with experience in providing care for seniors during overnight shifts. We value quality care and are looking for candidates whose skills align with our community's needs. While a med tech certification is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate care to seniors during overnight hours

- Assist with medication administration and monitoring health conditions

- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents

- Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly

- Maintain accurate records of care provided

Qualifications:

- Experience working with seniors, particularly during overnight shifts

- Med tech certification preferred, but not required (training available)

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including PRN as a floater

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
