Job Title: Resident Care Assistant

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time and PRN

Location: Grand Villa of Lakeland Assisted Living

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistants to join our team at Grand Villa of Lakeland Assisted Living. As a Resident Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration as directed by the nurse

- Assist with meal service and ensure residents are receiving proper nutrition

- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report any concerns to the nurse

- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

- Must have a compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors

- Must be able to work as part of a team

- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
