Resident Care Associate

Description

The RCA provides quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our memory care units. This role includes providing hands on care, physical and emotional support as outlined in the resident's personalized care plan. Report shift updates , unsafe hazardous conditions or equipment and follow policy and procedure. 

Requirements

Checks on assigned resident rooms, complete resident ADLs, assist with resident laundry, utilize sanitary and universal precautions, adhere and follow resident rights. Assist with meals, follows attendance policy, follow resident diets, create and maintain safe warm professional environment.
