How you will make an impact: Make a difference at SilverCreek on Main! We are seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee our team of Resident Assistants, monitor staffing levels to ensure our shifts are filled, and schedule your team while adhering to budgeted hours. This position is responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care from our team of Resident Assistants. You will monitor the services dashboard and the completion of daily assignments. This position will step in when necessary to assist with resident care.
The schedule is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
What you will need:
CNA Certification required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, long-term care, or experience with seniors
Past supervisory experience is required
