Job Title: Resident Care Coordinator - 1st Shift FULL TIME 32 hours/Week/Every other Weekend

Pay & Raise Policy
- Annual raises: $0.50–$0.75/hour based on attendance, performance, and write-up history
- Wage cap: $20.00/hour
- At the cap? You’ll receive an annual cost of living bonus, paid out over time instead of a raise
- Shift differentials: Dependent on the shift and location
Resident Care Coordinator Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily care (hygiene, dressing, eating, mobility, toileting)
- Administer medications
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
- Communicate clearly with staff, residents, and families
- Keep the building clean, safe, and within compliance standards
Resident Care Coordinator Requirements
- CBRF certification required
- Valid Driver's License (not restricted or probationary)
- Must pass a caregiver background check
- Strong attendance and professionalism
- Compassionate and reliable team player
