• To thrive as a Full-Time Resident Care Coordinator at Everbloom Memory Care, candidates should possess a combination of educational qualifications and practical skills.


• You should have at least two years of supervisory or managerial experience, demonstrating progressive responsibility in a caregiving environment.


• A solid understanding of nursing practices, relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to residential care facilities is crucial for success.


• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems is necessary, along with experience in current federal and state healthcare regulations.


• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook, will enable effective communication.


• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills are vital for collaborating with residents, staff, and management.


• This is an ON CALL position and will assist in managing the community schedule.
