Resident Care Coordinator - Interim

• Play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality service standards for residents
• Oversee our team of Resident Assistants, monitor staffing levels to ensure shifts are filled.
• Schedule your team while adhering to budgeted hours.  
• Monitor the services dashboard and completion of daily assignments.
• Provide immediate feedback and support to the Resident Assistants for the daily/weekly schedule, assisting with plans for coverage of scheduled shifts as needed.
• Step in when necessary to assist with resident care.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a nursing scheduler, or 2-3 years as a nursing assistant in assisted living, long-term care, or similar experience with seniors 
• Past supervisory experience is preferred
