Resident Care LPN

Our beautiful residential care facility located in St. Augustine, Florida is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Residential Care Supervisor (LPNs) to join our team. As a Residential Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training care staff to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality care possible. 

Responsibilities:

- Establish and support an inclusive, collaborative, and respectful working environment that attracts potential residents, their family members, and high-quality employees.

- Supervise and train care staff to ensure that they are providing the highest quality care to our residents.

- Ensure that all care staff are following the standards and practices of our facility.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care.

- Communicate effectively with residents, their family members, and other staff members.

Requirements:

- LPN license is required.

- At least one year of previous experience as a supervisor and/or trainer of care staff in a community or long-term health care setting.

- Previous supervisory experience in geriatric care is preferred.

- Knowledge of standards/practices and current regulations related to long-term care.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
