Job Title: Residential Care Manager- LPN Certification Required

Pineapple House of Sapphire Lakes is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Care Manager with LPN certification to lead our nursing and direct care staff in providing exceptional resident care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to staff development, and a thorough understanding of clinical operations within assisted living and senior care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to nursing and direct care staff.

- Supervise and support Resident Care Associates, including training, assigning duties, and managing recognition or disciplinary actions as needed.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.

- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to residents, making adjustments as necessary.

- Foster a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within assisted living or senior care settings.

- Strong understanding of clinical operations and resident care best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- LPN Required.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
