Job Title: Resident Care Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Resident Care Manager to lead our nursing and direct care staff in providing exceptional resident care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to staff development, and a thorough understanding of clinical operations within assisted living and memory care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Staff Development

- Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to nurses and direct care staff.

- Supervise and support Resident Care Associates, including training, assigning duties, and managing recognition or disciplinary actions as needed.

Clinical Operations & Resident Care

- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations to ensure high-quality resident care.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field; RN license preferred.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, particularly in assisted living or memory care.

- Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
