Job Description:

Grand Villa of Lakeland is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Manager to join our senior living community. The ideal candidate will hold a Florida state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of resident care services

- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies

- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents

- Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering exceptional care

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers

- Conduct regular assessments of resident health and well-being

- Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff

- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and services

Qualifications:

- Current Florida state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

- Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
