Job Title: Certified Med Techs/ Resident Care

Job Type: Full-Time/ Part-Time

Shifts: 6a-2p & 2p-10p

Location: Grand Villa of Deerfield Beach

Grand Villa of Deerfield Beach is a reputable assisted living facility that provides exceptional care to its residents. We are currently seeking a Certified Med Tech and a Resident Care Assistant to join our team and contribute their skill set to our community.

Responsibilities:

- Administer medication to residents as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents' care

Requirements:

- Must be a Certified Med Tech or experienced RCA

- Must have a valid certification in the state of Florida

- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be able to work well in a team environment

- Must have a passion for providing exceptional care to seniors
