YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position. Schedule is 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 24-32 hours per week. Shift is every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with Monday and Fridays off. Every other weekend is required.

YOUR DAY

As our Resident Care Nurse or LPN, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our seniors receive the highest standard of care. Each shift, you'll administer medications and treatments, monitor and document patient conditions, and collaborate with physicians and staff to provide comprehensive care. You'll visit residents regularly to ensure their needs are met while supporting and guiding nursing assistants. Acting as charge nurse during your shift, you'll oversee the facility, making decisions and addressing challenges to ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current RN or LPN license


• Ability to administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing care according to physician orders


• Strong documentation and communication skills
