Resident Care Supervisor

Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic & detailed oriented Residential Care Supervisor for our beautiful residential care facility that is located in beautiful Venice Florida.

LPN Required

These positions will establish and support an inclusive, collaborative, respectful working environment that attracts potential Residents, their family members, and high-quality employees, and supports our mission to serve our residents.

Requirements include:

• A current LPN/Nurse license preferred.
• At least one year of previous experience as a supervisor and/or trainer of care staff in a community or long-term health care setting.
• Previous supervisory experience in geriatric care is preferred.
• Knowledge of standards/practices and current trends in dementia care.
• The ability to assess, redesign, and implement care and operational processes and procedures and train staff to follow them.
• Willingness to assist administrator to monitor operations and share on-call rotation.
• The ability to communicate tactfully and compassionately and develop strong, positive relationships with Residents and their families and other supporters.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
