We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Residential Care Supervisor to join our team in Port Charlotte, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential care facility, ensuring a high standard of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support staff in providing quality care to residents

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies

- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs

- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of resident care

- Foster a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to enhance resident well-being

- Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage

Qualifications:

- Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license required

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a residential care setting preferred

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including some weekends
