Grand Villa of New Port Richey is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our senior living facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.

- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications:

- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Florida.
