Resident Care Supervisor/LPN Floor Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LPN to join our team as a Resident Care Supervisor/LPN Floor Nurse. As a Resident Care Supervisor/LPN Floor Nurse, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at our community. This is a full-time position that may require working 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations at the community

- Facilitate positive resident outcomes through care management

- Work with residents and their families to ensure a well-rounded senior living experience

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and document resident health status

- Supervise and train nursing staff

Qualifications:

- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

- Current licensure by the state of Florida

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and care management

- Strong knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Office

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Previous experience in a hospital or ALF setting is preferred
