Job Description:

Pineapple House of Naples is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and assess residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team

- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

- Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid LPN license in the state of Florida

- Previous experience in a healthcare or assisted living setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
