Shifts: 8AM-8PM

Our beautiful residential care facility located in Deerfield Beach is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Residential Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Residential Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for establishing and supporting an inclusive, collaborative, and respectful working environment that attracts potential residents, their family members, and high-quality employees. You will also support our mission to serve our residents with the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure that all care staff are providing high-quality care to our residents

- Assess, redesign, and implement care plans for residents

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

- Ensure that all care staff are following standards and practices in dementia care

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all residents' needs are met

- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their family members

Requirements:

- Current LPN license

- At least one year of previous experience as a supervisor and/or trainer of care staff in a community or long-term health care setting

- Previous supervisory experience in geriatric care is preferred

- Knowledge of standards/practices and current trends in dementia care

- The ability to assess, redesign, and implement care plans for residents

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
