Cheektowaga, NY | Experience Based Pay Range $20.00/hr./-$25.00/hr. 

The McGuire Group is hiring a Resident Insurance Navigator to support residents and families in understanding Medicare coverage options while in our skilled nursing centers.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Educate residents and family members on Medicare A, B, C, D & Medigap

  
  


• 
  

  Review insurance plans and break down costs and coverage differences

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with enrollment or disenrollment when appropriate

  
  


• 
  

  Support social workers and admissions teams

  
  


• 
  

  Document all counseling and communication thoroughly

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Ideal candidate has hands-on experience completing Medicare enrollments

  
  


• 
  

  1+ year of Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance navigation experience preferred 

  
  


• 
  

  Strong customer service and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple cases

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or GED required

Cheektowaga, NY — In person
Monday–Friday, daytime hours
