Resident Manager - Join a Market Leader

Seeking an On-site Resident Manager for a 139-unit property in Venice, CA. Includes 1 bedroom for free. Improve your work-life balance by reducing your travel time to and from work. Opportunity for advancement as well as online and in-person training

Responsibilities Include:

• Rent collections.
• Unit inspections/Property inspections and upkeep
• Marketing and leasing vacant units.
• Resident relations, coordinating vendors and maintenance personnel.
• Service of notices and all aspects of day-to-day management

Job Requirements:

• 2-4 years of property management experience required to have resume reviewed.
• Yardi Voyager experience is a must.
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff.
• Experience overseeing vendors.
• Proficient with computers
• Proven ability to market; lease apartments
• Must live on-site.
• A valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed.
• A background, DMV and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.

Compensation Includes

• $19.00- $21.00 per hour d.o.e
• One-bedroom apartment for free
