Resident Service Specialist

Description

We are looking for a Full Time Resident Service Specialist to join our team at Artemis Lifestyles and provide exceptional customer service to our residents. The Resident Service Specialist will be responsible for assisting with resident requests, maintaining the clubhouse, fitness center, and small clubhouse for gatherings. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our residents
• Manage and respond to resident requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in the maintenance of the clubhouse, fitness center, and small clubhouse for gatherings
• Ensure all common areas are clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked with necessary supplies
• Coordinate and plan resident events and activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents to promote a positive community atmosphere
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and service requests
• Follow established policies and procedures for resident communication and conflict resolution
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
• Previous experience in property management or customer service preferred
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends 
• Must be available Monday-Thursday 5:30 PM-10:00 PM & Friday-Saturday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Physical Demands:

The Resident Service Specialist may be required to perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. They must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

The Resident Service Specialist will primarily work in an indoor environment but may occasionally be required to work outdoors.
