Salary: $30.16 - $36.26/hour.
The posted salary reflects the full pay range for this position. Offers made to qualified candidates will be made within this range and will be determined by various factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other factors that would be critical to success in this role.
Position Overview: The Resident Services Coordinator supports Bellwether residents by offering available resources and referrals to community members, conducting educational and social building events, and collaborating with property management to promote housing stability and build and maintain a sense of community.
This position will serve residents at Aries at Bitter Lake, a new affordable housing building that serves families and single adults in North Seattle. Experience providing services to low-income families with young children, individuals with behavioral health challenges, and familiarity with public assistance programs and the local social services ecosystem are highly desired.
Work Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days onsite. Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. The final schedule is to be determined by the supervisor.
